吕景山对穴后溪-环跳对腰椎间盘突出症SD大鼠血浆白细胞介素-6、一氧化氮、前列腺素E2的影响

摘　　要：目的通过观测吕景山对穴后溪-环跳对腰椎间盘突出症模型SD大鼠免疫炎症机制中血浆白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、一氧化氮(NO)、前列腺素E2(PGE2)的影响,以证实对穴后溪-环跳对于腰椎间盘突出症免疫炎症机制的作用。方法本实验选取新型腰椎间盘突出症SD大鼠模型作为实验对象,选用吕景山对穴“后溪-环跳”作为治疗穴位,采用普通针刺的治疗方法,观测针刺吕景山对穴后溪-环跳组、后溪组、环跳组和环跳-阳陵泉组前后大鼠免疫炎症机制中血浆IL-6、NO、PGE2含量的变化。结果吕景山对穴后溪-环跳组较后溪组、环跳组和环跳-阳陵泉组大鼠血浆IL-6、NO、PGE2含量显著性降低(P<0.05)。结论针刺吕景山对穴后溪-环跳的镇痛效果比单用后溪或者环跳,以及吕景山对穴环跳-阳陵泉的疗效要更好;针刺吕景山对穴后溪-环跳能够显著降低大鼠血浆IL-6、NO、PGE2的含量;针刺吕景山对穴后溪-环跳是通过降低IL-6、NO、PGE2的含量来达到调节腰椎间盘突出症免疫炎症机制,缓解疼痛的目的。Objective To investigate the effect of LYU Jingshan′s pair points Houxi(SI3)-Huantiao(GB30)on plasma interleukin-6(IL-6),Nitric Oxide(NO),and ProstagIandin E2(PGE2)of SD rats with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods SD rats were selected as the experimental subject.LYU Jingshan′s pair points SI3-GB30 were selected as the treatment points.Rats were divided into four groups:LYU Jingshan′s pair points SI3-GB30 group,SI3 group,GB30 group,and GB30-GB34 group.Acupuncture was applied to the rats in the four groups to observe the changes of plasma IL-6,NO,PGE2 levels.Results The levels of IL-6,NO,PGE2 in the LYU Jingshan′s pair points SI3-GB30 group were significantly lower than those in SI3 group,GB30 group,and GB30-GB34 group(P<0.05).Conclusion The analgesic effect of LYU Jingshan′s pair points SI3-GB30 was better than single SI3,single GB30 and LYU Jiangshan′s pair points GB30-GB34.Needling LYU Jingshan′s pair points SI3-GB30 can significantly reduce the content of IL-6,NO,PGE2 of rats.The pair points SI3-GB30 can regulate immune inflammatory mechanism of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation by reducing the content of IL-6,NO,PGE2 of rats.
