真武四物汤足浴联合中药穴位贴敷治疗慢性心衰对血液流变学指标的影响

摘　　要：目的研究真武四物汤足浴联合中药穴位贴敷治疗慢性心衰对血液流变学指标的影响。方法选取2015年8月—2017年8月收治的94例慢性心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,以随机数表法分为治疗组与对照组,每组47例。对照组使用中药穴位贴敷治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用真武四物汤(足浴)治疗。对比两组治疗后临床疗效及用药后不良反应发生情况,另外对比两组治疗前后血浆黏度(PV)、红细胞压积(HCT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)、全血高切黏度(HBV)、全血低切黏度(LBV)各项指标变化。结果治疗组治疗后总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后PV、HCT、FIB、HBV、LBV与本组治疗前及对照组治疗后对比显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗期间不良反应总发生率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论真武四物汤足浴联合中药穴位敷贴治疗慢性心力衰竭能够改善患者心功能及血液流变学指标,安全、有效,值得临床应用。Objective To investigate the effect of Zhenwu Siwu Decoction foot bath combined with point application therapy on hemorheological parameters in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods A total of 94 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to the hospital from August,2015 to August,2017 were included and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group by random number table,with 47 cases in each group.Both groups were given point application therapy,while the treatment group was additionally given Zhenwu Siwu Decoction foot bath.After treatment,the clinical efficacy,adverse reactions,plasma viscosity(PV),hematocrit(HCT),fibrinogen(FIB),high blood viscosity(HBV)and low blood viscosity(LBV)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),with significance.After treatment,the treatment group had lower levels of PV,HCT,FIB,HBV and LBV than those before treatment and those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions during treatment between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion For chronic heart failure,Zhenwu Siwu Decoction combined with point application therapy can improve cardiac function and hemorheological parameters,which is safe,effective,and worthy of clinical application.
