摘　　要：文章回溯了"福田新校园行动计划",以时间轴上三个核心创新事件——红岭实验小学实践、"8+1"建筑联展以及腾挪校舍为代表,呈现新校园行动计划的具体过程和解题关键点。分析了策划和执行中问题矛盾、解题思路及持续影响,并反思从"个案到范式"、从"先锋到常态"的管理实践经验,以冀为高密度城市建设融合现代教育理念及场地自然人文精神的新校园、可持续的城市公共空间营造及高效优质的设计管理提供改革创新的思路。The article traces the planning and implementation process of the "Futian New Campus Action Plan" and presents the specifics of the new campus action plan with the three key innovative events in terms of the timeline:the practice of Hongling Experimental Primary School,the "8+1" joint architecture exhibition and the transitional school building,and the key points of process and problem solving.It analyzes issues and paradoxes,solutions and on-going impacts in planning and implementation,and reflects on the managing experience of "shifting from individual case to paradigm", "shifting from the avant-garde to the normal".It is to provide reforming and innovative ways in developing new campuses with a view to integrate modern education concepts with natural,humanistic spirit of the site,while building sustainable urban public space,and in efficient and offering ideas high-quality design management.
