摘 要:【目的】筛选与水稻耐低锌能力相关的指标,鉴定耐低锌水稻品种,为耐低锌水稻品种的遗传改良及遗传机理研究提供参考。【方法】通过水培方法,在低锌条件下测定来自国际水稻研究所的144份水稻核心种质资源的形态、生理性状、种子糙米和精米锌含量,并采用相关分析、主成分分析、聚类分析和逐步回归分析进行水稻耐低锌能力评价。【结果】低锌条件下,水稻各性状平均值均有所下降,与足锌处理相比,各性状均值分别降低7.25%~60.45%,其中地上部鲜重、根系干重、地上部干重、根系鲜重、叶面积和根系体积下降比例均超过30.00%。主成分分析和逐步回归分析结果表明,株高、叶长、叶宽、SPAD值、根系鲜重、根系干重、根尖数、根系平均直径、鲜重根冠比和糙米锌含量对苗期水稻耐低锌能力有显著影响(P<0.05)。聚类分析结果表明,各水稻品系间耐低锌能力差异明显,共筛选出12份耐低锌材料。其中AUS稻中低锌耐受型品种有AUS 299::IRGC 29087-1、N22、KOTODESHI::IRGC 60982-1、AUS PADDY(RED)::IRGC 44978-1和DV 86::IRGC 8840-1,籼稻中低锌耐受型品种有DALSUNG 41、IRGA 659-1-2-2-2和UPR 191-66,粳稻中低锌耐受型品种有MEJANES 2和ALEXANDROS,其他品种中低锌耐受型品种有油占8号和CYPRESS::G1-1。【结论】株高、叶长、叶宽、SPAD值、根系鲜重、根系干重、根尖数、根系平均直径、鲜重根冠比和糙米锌含量可作为水稻耐低锌能力的筛选指标。在土壤锌含量低的区域种植水稻时,可增加12份耐低锌材料的推广和利用。【Objective】To screen the indexes related to low zinc tolerance of rice and identify low zinc tolerant rice varieties,so as to provide reference for genetic improvement and genetic mechanism of low zinc tolerant rice varieties.【Method】The morphology,physiological characters,zinc content in brown rice and polished rice of seed were determined by hydroponic culture method in 144 rice core germline resources from the International Rice Research Institute under the condition of low zinc.Correlation analysis,principal component analysis,cluster analysis and stepwise regression analysis were carried out to evaluate the low zinc tolerance ability of rice.【Result】Under the condition of low zinc,the average value of each character in rice decreased by 7.25%-60.45%compared with sufficient zinc treatment,and the proportion of fresh weight in shoot,dry weight in root,dry weight in shoot,fresh weight in root,leaf area and root volume decreased by more than 30.00%.Principal component analysis and stepwise regression analysis showed that plant height,leaf length,leaf width,SPAD value,root fresh weight,root dry weight,root tip number,average root diameter,fresh weight root-shoot ratio and zinc content in brown rice of seed had significant effects on tolerance to low zinc in seedling stage(P<0.05).Cluster analysis showed that there were obvious differences in tolerance to low zinc among rice lines.Twelve low zinc tolerant rice varieties were selected,the low zinc tolerant varieties of AUS lines included AUS 299::IRGC 29087-1,N22,KOTODESHI::IRGC 60982-1,AUS PADDY(RED)::IRGC 44978-1 and DV 86::IRGC 8840-1,low zinc tolerant indica rice varieties were DALSUNG 41,IRGA 659-1-2-2-2 and UPR 191-66,low zinc tolerant japonica rice varieties were MEJANES 2 and ALEXANDROS,intermediate type low zinc tolerant rice varieties included Youzhan 8 and CYPRESS::G1-1.【Conclusion】Plant height,leaf length,leaf width,SPAD value,root fresh weight,root dry weight,root number,root average diameter,fresh weight root-shoot ratio and brown rice
