摘 要:以钢框架结构为研究对象,在钢框架设计理论及结构优化理论的基础上,以惯性矩为设计变量,构建反映结构抗震性能的总应变能最大化和反映结构造价的总用钢量最小化的多目标优化函数,通过改变加权系数调整结构应变能和结构用钢量在优化中的重要性程度,基于复形法思想借助Matlab编程进行结构层次优化设计,得到不同加权系数下优化后的结构应变能和结构用钢量。在此基础上,将构件惯性矩作为定值,以构件截面参数为设计变量,借助Lingo优化软件对钢结构构件进行优化设计,得到最优截面参数。与传统设计结果相比,优化后的结果不仅降低了结构用钢量,结构性能也得到了提升。Taking the steel frame structure as the research object,on the basis of steel frame design theory and structural optimization theory,a multi-objective optimization function that consisted of the maximum of total strain energy which reflecting the structural seismic performance and the minimum of steel consumption which reflecting the structural cost was constructed by taking the moment of inertia as the design variable,then weighting coefficient was applied to adjust the importance of structural strain energy and structural steel consumption in optimization.With the help of complex method and Matlab program,the optimization design on structure level was carried out,then the optimized structural strain energy and structural steel consumption under different weighting coefficients were obtained.On this basis,considering the inertia moment of the component as the fixed value and the parameters of the component section as the design variable,and the optimization design of steel structure component was carried out with the help of Lingo optimization software,then optimal section parameters were obtained.Compared with the traditional design results,the optimized results not only reduce the steel consumption of the structure,but also improve the structural performance.
