摘 要:目的了解宁夏外环境中禽流感病毒的污染情况。方法采用实时荧光定量RT-PCR方法对宁夏5个监测县采集的标本进行H5、H7、H9禽流感病毒核酸检测。结果2016—2018年宁夏共采集禽流感外环境标本2221份,A型禽流感病毒核酸阳性277份,阳性率为12.47%。H9、H7、H5和H9+H7混合型分别占97.47%、1.81%、0.36%、0.36%。不同监测点,利通区阳性率最高(14.99%),阳性率差异有统计学意义(χ^2=15.446,P=0.004)。不同监测场所阳性率差异有统计学意义(χ^2=82.474,P<0.001)。不同标本类型,清洗禽类的污水阳性率最高(31.78%),阳性率差异具有统计学意义(χ^2=61.264,P<0.001)。结论2016—2018年宁夏外环境存在H9、H5、H7亚型污染,以H9亚型为主,建议各地采取综合性的防控措施降低人群感染的风险。Objective To understand the contamination of avian influenza virus in the environment outside Ningxia.Methods RT-PCR was employed to detect H5,H7 and H9 avian influenza virus nucleic acid in environmental samples.Results A total of 2221 environmental specimens were collected,and 277 of universal influenza type A were positive samples.The total positive rate was 12.47%.H9,H7,H5 and H9+H7 were 97.47%、1.81%、0.36%and 0.36%.The highest positive rate(14.99%)was found in Litongqu county.The positive rate of avian influenza virus was statistically significant in different county(χ^2=15.446,P=0.004).Type A avian influenza virus was detected in different monitoring sites.The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=82.474,P<0.001).The positive rate of avian influenza virus in clean poultry samples was 31.78%,and it was statistieally significant in different sample types.(χ^2=61.264,P<0.001).Conclusion There are H9,H5 and H7 avian influenza virus pollution in the environment.Comprehensive prevention and control measures should be taken to reduce the risk of infection.
