摘　　要：目的建立南板蓝根药材及饮片的HPLC-DAD特征图谱,用以鉴别正品与伪品。方法采用HPLC,色谱柱:Agilent Zorbax C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-水,梯度洗脱进行分离;检测器为二级管阵列(DAD);柱温:35℃;流速:1.0 mL·min^-1;进样量10μL。结果测定了15批正品南板蓝根药材、12批主品南板蓝根饮片,找到5个共有峰,其中3个峰确定为2-苯并恶唑啉酮、靛蓝和靛玉红。结论建立的南板蓝根特征图谱能有效区别正品与伪品;经方法学论证,该方法精密度,稳定性,重复性良好。OBJECTIVE To establish the characteristic chromatogram of Baphicacanthis Cusiae Rhizoma et Radix and its decoction pieces by HPLC for the identification of authentic and counterfeit products.METHODS High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was used with Agilent Zorbax C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm).The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water with gradient elution.The detector was a secondary tube array(DAD).The column temperature was maintained at 35 Ti,the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1,and the injection volume was 10μL.RESULTS Fifteen batches of genuine crude drug and twelve batches of genuine decoction pieces were determined.Five common peaks were found,among which three peaks were 2-benzoxazolinone,indigo and indirubin.CONCLUSION The established characteristic chromatogram of Baphicacanthis Cusiae Rhizoma et Radix can effectively distinguish the authentic from the counterfeit.The methodological demonstration shows that the method is accurate,stable and reproducible.
