郑氏女科气血观及其在月经病中的应用

摘　　要：昆山郑氏女科专研妇科,认为女子血盛气平是谓理想的生理状态,而气盛血衰则是导致月经病的重要原因之一。对于女子气多气盛以致月经不调者,郑氏女科主张"耗气以行血",在遣方用药方面,其利用辛味药发散之功以达耗气之效,用药思路独道,理论观点具有鲜明特色,值得后世临床借鉴应用。Kunshan ZHENGs’ female department specializes in gynecology.It is considered that the ideal physiological state are adequate blood and peaceful qi,however,the rise and fall of qi and blood is one of the important causes of menstrual disease.To qi much enrage causes the circumstance with irregular menstruation,ZHENGs’ female department proposed ‘dissipate qi to run blood’.In the side of medical treatment,it uses the function of exhalation of pungent hurbs to achieve the effect of qi consumption.The prescription drug treatment idea is unique,and their theory has its own characteristics,which is worth future clinical application.
