摘 要:目的:观察针刀干预对大鼠触发点肌组织P物质和缓激肽含量的影响。方法:将雄性SD大鼠40只随机取8只作为空白组,其他32只采用"打击结合离心运动"的方法建立触发点模型。将造模成功的24只分为针刀组、注射组和模型组,每组8只。应用免疫组织化学技术检测各组大鼠触发点肌组织内P物质和缓激肽的含量。结果:模型组P物质及缓激肽显著高于空白组(P<0.05);针刀组和注射组显著低于模型组(P<0.05)。结论:针刀干预可降低肌筋膜疼痛触发点处肌组织内P物质和缓激肽的含量水平,这可能与针刀治疗触发点疼痛症状的机制有关。Objective:To observe the effects of acupotomy therapy on the substance P (SP) and bradykinin in the skeletal muscle of rats with trigger points (MTrP).Methods:Eight mice were selected from 40 male SD rats,the other 32 were established as MTrP model by the method of ‘blunt striking injury and eccentric exercise’.A total of 24 successful rat models were randomly divided into the the acupotomy group,the Lidocaine injection group and the model group,8 in each one.The SP and bradykinin were measured by immunohistochemical.Results:SP and bradykinin increased in the model group compared with those in the blank control group (P<0.05),they were significantly lower in the acupotomy group and the injection group compared to model group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupotomy therapy can reduce SP and bradykinin of the muscle with trigger points,which may be related with mechanism of acupotomy treating myofascial trigger point pain.
