肠润通与杜密克治疗老年性便秘的临床疗效比较

摘　　要：目的:比较肠润通和杜密克对老年人便秘患者的临床效果。方法:收集的198例老年性便秘患者中,104例接受肠润通治疗,94例接受杜密克治疗。所有患者均治疗4周,随访观察2个月。在治疗2、4周,随访1、2个月时间点上观察Bristol大便分级,完全自发排便次数(SCBM),排便感觉,排便无力,排便不净,腹胀和排气。结果:肠润通和杜密克治疗后,Bristol大便分级,SCBM和各种不同症状得到明显改善,随访2个月后,其改善达到最大效果(P<0.01)。在改善Bristol大便分级,SCBM和排便不净方面,肠润通明显优于同期杜密克(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:肠润通和杜密克治疗能有效地改善老年性便秘患者的排便习惯和各种症状,而肠润通明显优于杜密克。Objective:To evaluate the effects of Changrun Tong (CRT) on senile constipation in comparison to the effect of Duphalac.Methods:One hundred and ninety-eight elderly constipation patients were evaluated,104 patients of them were treated with CRT and 94 patients were treated with Duphalac.All patients were treated for 4 weeks and followed up for 2 months.Patients were evaluated using Bristol stool scale and interviewed for spontaneous complete bowel movements (SCBM) and symptoms of defecation feeling,defecation weakness,feeling of incomplete evacuation,bloating and flatulence at different time points.Changes of these parameters induced by treatment for 2 weeks,4 weeks,1 month and 2 months.Results:After CRT and Duphalac treatment,Bristol stool grading,SCBM and various symptoms were significantly improved,and the improvement reached the maximum effect after 2 months of follow-up (P<0.01).In the improvement of Bristol stool grading,SCBM and defecation impurity,CRT was significantly better than Duphalac (P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:Both CRT and Duphalac treatment effectively improved bowel habits and symptoms of elderly constipation patients.CRT is more effective than Duphalac in the treatment of constipationin elderly patients.
