摘  要:王庆国教授结合现代人嗜食辛辣生冷,五志过激,喜逸恶劳的生活习惯,认为外感因素导致的胃脘病已不常见,其起病病机多为寒热错杂、肝郁脾寒、脾胃气虚等内伤因素,并分别应用加味半夏泻心汤、柴胡桂枝汤、泻阴火补脾胃升阳汤加减治疗,取得了确切疗效。文章结合临床病例论述了这3种证型的论治,以期同道在临床上推广应用。Professor WANG Qing-guo combines modern people’s living habits and institutional factors,believing that the external caused stomach pain is no longer common,and the three syndromes of intermingled cold and heat,stagnation of liver qi and spleen cold,spleen and stomach qi deficiency are the most common types of stomach pain.And the application of Banxia Xiexin Decoction,Chaihu Guizhi Decoction,Xieyinhuo Bupiwei Shengyang Decoction has achieved good curative effects.This article discussed the treatment of these three syndromes in combination with clinical cases,in order to achieve clinical application.
