摘　　要：文章介绍赵玉庸教授治疗糖尿病肾病的临床经验。赵教授提出本病的基本病机为"肾络瘀阻",认为"瘀阻络脉"贯穿本病的始终,倡导以"疏通肾络"为基本治则。基于多年临证经验,赵教授筛选出多味疗效确切的降低尿蛋白的专药,尤其善于运用虫类通络药物,并创建了肾消通络基础方。赵教授常结合患者体质及辨证分型的不同,在本方基础上灵活加减调整药物。此外,赵教授还擅长辨病用药,可有效改善异常的生化指标,并注重本病以外兼症的治疗,其临床疗效显著,文末附医案1则。This article introduces the experience of professor ZHAO Yu-yong in treating diabetic nephropathy (DN).Professor ZHAO proposed that the basic pathogenesis of DN is ‘renal collateral stasis’,and thought that ‘blood stasis and collaterals’ runs through the whole process of the disease,advocating ‘dredging renal collaterals’ as the basic treatment principle of DN.Based on many years of clinical experience,professor ZHAO screened out a lot of specific drugs with definite therapeutic effect to reduce urinary protein,especially good at using insect drugs to dredge collaterals,and established the basic formula of Shenxiao Tongluo.According to different constitutions of patients and patterns of syndrome in TCM,professor ZHAO used to adjust drugs flexibly on the basis of the formula.Furthermore,professor ZHAO was good at using medicine based on disease differentiation,which could improve abnormal biochemical indicator seffectively.Professor ZHAO emphasized the treatment of accompanied symptom,which had a significant clinical efficacy.Additional medical record was listed in the end of article.
