摘　　要：细胞自噬在细胞生长、增殖、凋亡等过程中发挥极重要作用,能够实现细胞的自我更新,以调控细胞内环境稳态。研究表明细胞自噬与肾间质纤维化(RIF)进程的调控密切关联,能够调控影响RIF的许多细胞因子。中医"伏毒"理论在指导中医药抗RIF的优势显著,基于RIF与细胞自噬、中医"伏毒"的联系,笔者提出"细胞自噬-伏毒-肾间质纤维化"之间的相关性医学假说,说明细胞自噬、中医伏毒、RIF三者之间的联系,以飨读者。Autophagy plays an important role in the process of cell growth,proliferation and apoptosis.It can realize cell self-renewal and regulate the homeostasis of cell environment.Studies have shown that autophagy is closely related to the regulation of renal interstitial fibrosis (RIF) process and can regulate many cytokines that affect RIF.The ‘hidden toxin’ theory of traditional Chinese medicine has obvious advantages in guiding anti RIF with traditional Chinese medicine.Based on the relationship between RIF and autophagy,the relationship between RIF and the ‘hidden toxin’ theory of traditional Chinese medicine,the authors put forward a hypothesis of correlation between ‘autophagy,hidden toxin and RIF’ to illustrate the relationship among autophagy,traditional Chinese medicine and RIF.
