摘　　要：明确病因病机是中医学认识疾病本质的重要手段,治疗时亦是针对核心病机遣方施药。胃癌作为现代医学病名,在中医经典中未见有针对核心病机的直接论述。文章提出胃癌的核心病机是正虚导致痰凝瘀滞进而化生癌毒,治疗时分清主客,以益气扶正为基础,化痰、祛瘀防止肿瘤转移,消解癌毒防止肿瘤复发。旨在为胃癌的临床防治提供治疗策略。Clear etiology and pathogenesis is the important means to recognize the nature of the disease,TCM treatment party applying pesticide,also is the core for pathogenesis,gastric cancer.As modern medicine disease,there are not seen in the classic of TCM for nuclear pathogenesis of directly.This paper puts forward the core of the gastric cancer pathogenesis is deficiency causes coagulated phlegm stasis,in turn,metaplastic carcinoma poison,distinguish between treatment,on the basis of benefiting qi,dissipating phlegm to prevent tumor metastasis,eliminate cancer poison to prevent tumor recurrence.To provide therapeutic strategies for the clinical prevention and treatment of gastric cancer.
