消瘦儿童104例中医体质及舌象特征参数分析

摘　　要：目的:观察消瘦儿童中医体质,并对其舌象特征进行分析。方法:结合专家意见判断消瘦儿童中医体质;采用上海中医药大学与上海亚太计算机联合研制的ZBOX-Ⅰ型舌脉象数字化采集分析仪,采集104例3~12岁消瘦儿童的舌体图片,进行图象分析提取舌象参数。结果:气血两虚质50例占48.08%,痰湿质40例占38.46%,平和质10例占9.62%,阴虚质4例占3.85%;消瘦儿童中与痰湿质组比较,气血两虚质组整体舌色R、G、B值及整体苔色R、G值均较高(P<0.01,P<0.05)。消瘦儿童与正常儿童比较,舌尖部舌色R、G、B值,整体苔色R、G值,舌两边部苔色R、G、B值均较高(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:消瘦儿童的中医体质与舌象参数存在相关性,舌象参数可为消瘦儿童中医证候临床诊断提供客观依据。Objective:To observe the TCM constitution of emaciation children and analyze their tongue image parameters.Methods:The expert’s opinions were used to judge the TCM constitution of emaciation children;The tongue image parameters of 104 cases of emaciation children between 3 and 12 years old were detected by ZBOX-Ⅰ type digital tongue-pulse collection analyzer jointly developed by Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Shanghai Asia Pacific Computer.And the tongue image was analyzed to extract parameters.Results:Qi-blood deficiency constitution group were 48.08%,phlegm-dampness constitution group were 38.46%,peacefulness constitution group were 9.62% and yin deficiency constitution group were 3.85%.Compared qi-blood deficiency constitution group with phlegm-dampness constitution group in emaciation children,R value,G value,B value of the whole tongue color,R value and G value of the whole tongue coating color were significantly increased (P<0.01,P<0.05).Compared emaciation children group with the normal group,R value,G value,B value of the tongue color at the tip of the tongue,R value,G value of the whole tongue coating color,and R value,G value,B value of the tongue coating color on both sides of tongue were significantly increased (P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:There is correlation between TCM constitution and tongue image parameters in emaciation children,and tongue image parameters can provide objective basis for clinical diagnosis of TCM syndrome in emaciation children.
