摘　　要：原发性干燥综合征(pSS)患病率高,危害大。中医药能有效改善pSS的口眼干等症状且不良反应较少。辨证论治是中医诊疗的核心。从名家经验看,pSS以肝肾阴虚证最常见,兼见气虚、气滞、血瘀、痰浊及热毒证;从证候研究看,pSS以气阴两虚证和阴虚血瘀证多见,常见证候要素包括阴虚证、气虚证、血瘀证、痰/湿热证、津亏证、内燥证及血虚证;从证候诊断标准看,pSS排在前3位的证候要素为阴虚证、气虚证和血瘀证。现有pSS中医证候分类混乱,辨证标准不统一,限制了中医药的推广应用。开展大样本多中心的pSS证候分布及演变规律研究,制定pSS中医辨证诊断标准,从证候诊断上规范pSS中医诊疗,提高临床疗效十分必要。Primary Sj?gren’s syndrome (pSS) has a high prevalence and great harm.Traditional Chinese medicine can effectively improve the symptoms of pSS,such as dry mouth and dry eyes,with fewer side effects.Syndrome differentiation and treatment is the core of TCM diagnosis and treatment.From the experience of famous experts,pSS is the most common syndrome of the liver and kidney yin deficiency,and qi deficiency,qi stagnation,blood stasis,phlegm turbid and heat toxin syndrome.From the study of syndrome,pSS is the most common syndrome of qi and yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,and the common syndrome elements include deficiency of fluid syndrome,qi deficiency syndrome,blood stasis syndrome,phlegm and damp-heat syndrome,deficiency of fluid syndrome,internal dryness syndrome and blood deficiency syndrome;from the diagnosis standard of syndrome,the top three syndrome elements of pSS are yin deficiency syndrome qi deficiency and blood stasis.At present,the classification of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes of pSS is confused and the standard of syndrome differentiation is not unified,which limits the popularization and application of traditional Chinese medicine.It is necessary to carry out the research on the distribution and evolution of pSS syndrome with large sample and multicenter,establish the syndrome differentiation and diagnosis standard of PSS,standardize the diagnosis and treatment of pSS from syndrome diagnosis,and improve the clinical effect.
