通调三焦针刺法治疗气滞血瘀型慢性盆腔炎临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察通调三焦针刺法治疗气滞血瘀型慢性盆腔炎患者的临床疗效。方法:将74例患者按随机数字表法随机分为治疗组和对照组各37例,每组各脱落1例。治疗组取百会、膻中、中脘、天枢、关元、气海、中极、八髎穴;对照组取带脉、中极、次髎、三阴交、太冲、膈俞。两组均腹、背针刺,腹面留针30min,背面留针20min,每日1次,1周5次,遇月经期停止治疗,持续治疗1个月,通过两组患者治疗前后、随访时的症状、体征积分进行疗效评价。结果:治疗组临床总有效率91.7%,对照组临床总有效率83.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者在治疗后及随访时的症状、体征积分均低于本组治疗前(P<0.01),且治疗后治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:通调三焦针刺法治疗气滞血瘀型慢性盆腔炎临床疗效显著,优于常规针刺法,且对降低该病复发率有积极意义。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Tongtiao Sanjiao acupuncture on the patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in qi stagnation and blood stasis type.Methods:Seventy-four patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,37 cases in each group,1 case fall off in each group.Baihui (GV20),Danzhong (CV17),Zhongwan (CV12),Tianshu (S25),Guanyuan (CV4),Qihai (CV6),Zhongji (CV3) and Baliao (BL31~BL34) points were taken in the treatment group,while Daimai,Zhongji (CV3),Ciliao (BL32),Sanyinjiao (SP6),Taichong (LR3) and Geshu (BL17) points were taken in the control group.Both groups were treated with acupuncture before and after,30 minutes in front,20 minutes in back,once a day,5 days a week.In case of menstrual period,the treatment was stopped in menstrual period and lasted for one month.The curative effect was evaluated by symptom and sign scores before and after treatment and during follow-up.Results:The total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 91.7%,and that of the control group was 83.3%.There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).The scores of symptoms and signs after treatment and follow-up in both groups were lower than those before treatment (P<0.01),and the treatment group was better than the control group in reducing the scores of symptoms and signs (P<0.05).Conclusion:Tongtiao Sanjiao acupuncture has a significant clinical effect on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of qi stagnation and blood stasis type,which is superior to conventional acupuncture,and has a positive significance in reducing the recurrence rate of the disease.
