摘 要:目的研究半夏及法半夏中有效成分的变化、毒性及镇咳祛痰作用,为法半夏的产业化生产提供实验依据,保证法半夏临床用药的安全性和有效性。方法通过测定草酸钙针晶的含量、急性毒性作用及致炎作用研究半夏和法半夏对小鼠毒性作用;通过测定总有机酸的含量、镇咳祛痰作用研究半夏和法半夏对小鼠药理作用。结果法半夏中草酸钙针晶含量显著降低,总有机酸含量无明显变化,急性毒性实验均未出现死亡现象,法半夏致炎作用显著低于半夏,其高、中剂量组镇咳祛痰药效较空白组仍为显著。结论该实验验证了法半夏炮制的"减毒-存效",同时为其产业化生产和临床用药的安全有效提供了科学依据。Objective To deteremine the changes in effective components, toxicity and relieving cough and expectorant effects of Pinellia ternata and Rhizoma Pinellinae Praeparata, provide experimental basis for the mass production of Rhizoma Pinellinae Praeparata, and ensure the safety and effectiveness of clinical safety of Rhizoma Pinelliae Praeparata. Methods The toxic effect of Pinellia ternata and Rhizoma Pinellinae Praeparata was measured by the content of calcium oxalate crystal, the acute toxicity and inflammation. The pharmacological action of Rhizoma Pinellinae Praeparata was verified by measuring the content of total organic acid, antitussive and expectorant effects. Results The content of calcium oxalate in Rhizoma Pinellinae Praeparata processed by the optimized processing technology was obviously reduced. The content of total organic acid had no significant change, and the acute toxicity experiment did not cause death. The inflammatory effect of Rhizoma Pinellinae Praeparata was significantly lower than that of Pinellia ternata, and its antitussive and expectorant effect was significant as compared with that of the blank group. Conclusion The experiment verifies the reducing toxicity and preserving efficacy in the processing of Rhizoma Pinellinae Praeparata, and provides scientific basis for its industrial production and clinical medication safety and effectiveness.
