厦门市民健康促进的“体医融合”模式应用研究——以厦门市归侨、侨眷为例

摘　　要：为了了解厦门市民健康的现状,文章采用文献资料、问卷调查等方法对厦门市部分城乡归侨侨眷的身体健康及亚健康现状、健康知识及保健技能、运动频率及运动习惯等进行调查与分析。结果表明:厦门市归侨侨眷的慢性病患病比例高于市民常模;归侨侨眷的健康知识知晓率较低;归侨侨眷体育运动不足。根据调研结果,提出体医融合及有针对性的运动处方等促进健康的对策与建议。In order to understand the status quo of citizens health in Xiamen,by means of literature and questionnaires,this paper conducts an investigation research on part of urban and rural returned overseas Chinese and their families in terms of body health and sub-health status,health knowledge and health care skills,exercise frequency and exercise habits.The result shows:As for returned overseas Chinese and their families,the prevalence ratio of chronic diseases is higher than that of common model in Xiamen,the understanding rate of health knowledge is low,and their excises are insufficient.Based on the research result,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for sports and medicine convergence and individuality exercise prescription.
