摘  要:同类型双层电磁屏蔽织物的应用非常广泛,但其在1~18 GHz宽频范围屏蔽效能的变化规律到目前还未探明,尤其是某些情况下双层织物比单层织物屏蔽效能低的现象还未合理解释。选择镀铜镍纤维、镀银纤维、不锈钢纤维等常用电磁屏蔽织物设计实验,采用小窗法屏蔽效能测试系统获取单层及双层织物的屏蔽效能,根据实验数据及电磁理论,探索双层织物屏蔽效能的变化规律,并解释某些频段双层电磁屏蔽织物屏蔽效能低于单层的原因。结果表明:同类型双层织物的屏蔽效能不完全遵循双层理想屏蔽体的屏蔽效能变化规律,大多数情况下双层织物比单层的屏蔽效能高;但在一定条件下,双层织物之间可能形成非稳定微小扁平谐振腔,使同类型双层电磁屏蔽织物在某些频段屏蔽效能低于单层;选择合适的织物材料及确定合理的双层之间间隙距离,可以有效降低微小扁平谐振腔的发生。研究结果对双层电磁屏蔽织物屏蔽效能的设计、生产、评价及相关理论问题的研究具有参考价值。The same-type double-layer electromagnetic shielding(EMS) fabric is widely applied. Nevertheless, the variation rule of its shielding effectiveness(SE) in the wide frequency range of 1~18 GHz has not been revealed yet. Especially, it is unexplained that the SE value of double-layer fabric is lower than that of single-layer fabric in some cases. Copper-nickel-plated fiber fabrics, silver-plated fiber fabrics and stainless steel fiber fabrics are selected for designing experiments. The SE values of the single-layer fabrics and double-layer fabrics are obtained by the small window method SE test system. The experimental data and electromagnetic theory are relied on for exploring the variation rule of the SE of the double-layer fabrics and explaining the reason why the SE value of the double-layer EMS fabric is lower than that of the single layer fabric in some frequency bands. The results show that the SE of same-type double-layer fabric does not completely follow the SE variation rule of ideal double-layer shield.In most cases, the SE value of double-layer fabric is higher than that of single-layer fabric. However, an unstable flattened micro-resonator between double-layer fabrics under certain conditions may be formed, causing the SE value of same-type double-layer EMS fabric to be lower than that of single-layer fabric in some frequency bands.The occurrence of flattened micro-resonatorc an be largely reduced if suitable fabric materials are chosen and a reasonable gap distance between two layers of the fabrics is determined. The research results are of reference value to the design, production, evaluation and research on related theoretical problems on the SE of double-layer EMS fabrics.
