摘　　要：生产聚氯乙烯软塑制品,增塑剂占有较大的质量比例,加工过程必须使用热稳定剂。生产具有耐候功能的聚氯乙烯软制品,要选择适当、适量的光稳定剂、抗氧剂。增塑剂、热稳定剂、光稳定剂的相容性、迁移性以及品种和添加量,对于聚氯乙烯软塑制品的物理机械性能和耐候性有较大影响。In the production of polyvinyl chloride(PVC) soft plastic products, plasticizers accounts for a large proportion of the quality and in their processing thermal stabilizers have to be used. To produce a series of PVC soft products with weather-resistance properties, it is essential to choose appropriate or moderate light stabilizers and antioxidants. In addition, the compatibility and mobility among of plasticizers, thermal stabilizers and light stabilizers and their varieties and additive amounts have great effects on the physical and mechanical properties and weatherability of PVC soft plastic products.
