摘 要:装配式剪力墙建筑结构是一种适应建筑工业化发展趋势的住宅结构形式,如何提高其抗震性能是其应用发展迫切需解决的问题。在已有连梁阻尼器的对比分析基础上,提出一种改进的多菱形孔钢板阻尼器作为装配式剪力墙结构的可更换连梁阻尼器,利用ANSYS Workbench进行参数分析及优化,进而应用于某装配式剪力墙实际工程中的弹塑性计算分析中,考察其应用可行性。分析表明,此种阻尼器能有效降低结构地震响应,减少装配式剪力墙结构的构件损伤数量,具有良好的安全性和经济性;其可更换的特性及简便的优化设计方法,非常适合装配式结构快速便捷的产业化应用需求。The fabricated shear wall building is a residential structure type that adapts to the development trend of building industrialization.Based on the comparative analysis of existing coupling beam dampers,an improved steel plate damper with multi-diamond hole is proposed as a kind of replaceable coupling beam damper used in fabricated shear wall structure.The parameter correlation analysis and multi-target driving optimization design is carried out by product optimization design in ANSYS Workbench.Then the new type of the coupled beam damper is applied to some fabricated shear wall practical structure.Through the nonlinear time-history analysis,the influence of this kind of replaceable coupling beam damper on the overall seismic performance of the fabricated shear wall structure and its application feasibility are investigated.Research shows that the damper can effectively reduce the seismic response of the structure and reduce the number of damaged components of the fabricated shear wall structure.It can get better safety and economy for the structure.And its replaceable characteristics and simple optimization design method are very suitable for the rapid and convenient industrial application requirements of fabricated structures.
