摘 要:为研究胶合木植板连接的黏结锚固性能,对27个胶合木植板连接试件进行了单调加载对拉试验,变化参数包括钢板表面处理方式、钢板锚固长度、钢板宽度、胶层厚度及钢板端部传力构造。结果表明:对钢板进行砂纸打磨或化学刻蚀可大幅度提高黏结锚固强度,分别可达28%,51%;承载力随钢板锚固长度及宽度一定限度内的增加而增长,但锚固长度或钢板宽度增至一定水平后承载力趋于平缓不再增长;胶层厚度对承载力性能影响不大;当植板端部由带衬板的单排大直径钢销传力改为相近长度的单排焊缝传力,其承载力降低近20%。To evaluate the anchorage strength of steel plate bonded in glulam,a total of 27 specimens were tested. Variations were made in steel surface processing method,anchorage length and width,bond line thickness and load transferring pattern at plate ends. It was found that abrasive paper sanding or chemical etching on steel surface can significantly increase the anchorage strength by 28% and 51%respectively. Anchorage strength improves with increasing anchorage length and anchorage width of steel plate,but tends to level off when anchorage length and width go high enough. Bond line thickness rarely affects the anchorage strength. A strength reduction of about 20% is incurred by changing a row of large dowels assisted by lining plates,into a single weld line of a similar length with the dowel arrangement.
