摘　　要：目的了解上海市金山区小型医疗机构医疗废物的处置现状,分析医疗废物处置过程中存在的问题及其影响因素,提出加强小型医疗机构医疗废物处置安全的对策和建议。方法应用现场调查、文献查阅和现场检测的方法进行资料收集。采用EpiData3. 0录入数据库,调查数据采用Excel 2010等数据库进行处理和分析,运用SPSS13. 0对影响因素进行χ~2分析。结果金山区医疗废物管理人员年龄结构偏大,学历较低;医疗废物集中处置率为100. 00%;医疗废物交接登记频次平均为2. 51次/月;分类收集点的设置地点合格率为97. 75%,交接登记合格率为98. 88%。结论金山区医疗废物总体管理情况良好,但需进一步加强小型医疗机构行业自律建设,加强对医务人员管理意识的培养,建立考核奖惩机制,并及时督导落实。Objective To understand the present situation of medical waste disposal by small-scale medical institutions in Jinshan district of Shanghai,analyze the problems and influencing factors in the treatment of medical waste in small-scale medical institutions,put forward some countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening the safety of medical waste disposal. Methods Using the methods of field investigation,literature review and field testing,the survey data was input into the database by Epi Data3. 0,Microsoft Excel 2010 and other databases was used to process and analyze,and the influencing factors were analyzed by Chi-square test by SPSS13. 0. Results The age structure of medical waste management personnel was relatively large and their educational background was relatively low. The centralized disposal rate of medical waste was100. 00%. The average frequency of medical waste handover registration was 2. 51 times/month;the qualification rate of classified collection points was 97. 75%,and the qualification rate of handover registration was 98. 88%. Conclusion The overall management of medical waste in small medical institutions is good,but it is necessary to further strengthen the selfdiscipline construction,strengthen the cultivation of management awareness of medical personnel,establish the mechanism of assessment,reward and punishment,and timely supervise the implementation.
