摘 要:在全球建设新航行系统的背景下,北斗机载设备及系统装机应用将为通信/导航/监视(CNS)和空中交通管理(ATM)系统提供广泛的应用前景。实现北斗机载设备在该领域的应用要求其与民航领域现有的技术相兼容,并且针对自身特点制定相应的适航标准,形成飞机改装的适航取证方案。本文以北斗机载设备及系统在民用飞机上的改装实施为目标,研究其功能,适航取证的政策、方案和流程,为北斗机载设备适航取证提供借鉴。In the context of global construction of new navigation systems, installation of the BeiDou airborne equipment and system will provide a wide range of applications for communications/navigation/surveillance(CNS) and air traffic management(ATM) system. To realize the application of the BeiDou airborne equipment in these fields requires it to be compatible with existing technologies in civil aviation, and to formulate airworthiness standards according to its own characteristics and form an airworthiness certification scheme for aircraft modification. Aiming at the installation of the BeiDou airborne equipment and systems on civil aircraft, this paper researches the functions of the equipment and the policies, schemes and procedures of the airworthiness certification so as to provide reference for airworthiness certification of the BeiDou airborne equipment.
