摘　　要：中国蒙医整骨术是人类原创骨折治疗方法,以手法独到、疗效神奇传继与沿用至今。基于整体观认知,实现骨折自我与自然复位、固定、愈合,而蕴含着“能动复位-功能愈合”独到理念、手法。基于局部观认知,做到骨折结构与功能复位、固定、愈合,而具备“结构连续-功能完整”特征。因此,中国蒙医整骨术骨折复位、固定、愈合具有自我与自然、封闭与开放、本能与功能特质。这是它传继与沿用至今的根本支撑点,更是当今骨折治疗方法整体、动态、功能化发展方向。中国蒙医整骨术传承与弘扬势在必行。Chinese Mongolian osteopathy has unique techniques,and magical curative effect.Based on the unique cognition of a holistic view,it realizes self-reduction,fixation,and healing of the fracture,and contains a unique concept and technique of‘active reduction and functional healing’of fracture.Based on the unique cognition of local view,fracture reduction,fixation and healing are implemented with‘structural adaptation-functional adaption’,and fracture is characterized by‘structural continuity and functional integrity’.Therefore,fracture reduction,fixation,and healing in Mongolian osteosynthesis have the characteristics of self and nature,closure and opening,instinct and function.This is the fundamental support point of its inheritance and uses up to now,but also the overall,dynamic and functional development direction of fracture therapy.Inheritance and promotion of Chinese Mongolian osteopathy are imperative.
