国医大师邓铁涛运用中医外治法治疗心血管疾病经验

摘　　要：文章介绍国医大师邓铁涛教授运用中医外治法治疗心血管疾病的经验。通过梳理、比较内、外治法优势发现,“外治之理,即内治之理,外治之药,亦即内治之药,所异者,法耳”。可知内、外治法并无优劣之分,唯独方法异同,而今多数医家重内轻外,忽略外治法之疗效。邓铁涛教授提倡在临证治疗心血管疾病时灵活使用中医外治法,如针灸、中药沐足、刮痧、点舌、穴位贴敷、八段锦等,安全有效。This paper introduces TCM master DENG Tie-tao’s experience in treating cardiovascular diseases with external treatment.By combing and comparing the advantages of internal and external treatment,it is found that‘there is no difference between the principle of external treatment and the principle of internal treatment.External medicine is the same as internal medicine,which the difference is the way of using them’.It can be seen that there is no good or bad treatment of internal and external therapy,which the difference is method.At the present time,most physicians focus on the internal method,and ignore the external method of the curative effect.Professor DENG Tie-tao advocates to use traditional Chinese medicine external therapy neatly in treating cardiovascular diseases,such as acupuncture,foot washing with Chinese materia medica,scraping,tongue tapping,acupoint application,Baduanjin and so on,which are safe and effective.
