摘　　要：国医大师班秀文教授精于治疗妇科疾病,其在长达70年的临床工作中发现,妇科杂病以不孕症、阴痒、术后诸证、断乳痒疹、脏燥、性交出血、阴吹、乳痈等8种疾病多见。班秀文教授防治妇科杂病,尤其重视情志、环境和饮食等因素对疾病的影响,同时在治疗上,班秀文教授常根据疾病的特殊性,针对病情进行辨证论治,并将张仲景六经辨证的思想运用到妇科杂病治疗中,屡起沉疴。此外,班秀文教授亦博采古今方药和秘方之长,创制了柔肝止痒汤、解毒止痒汤等方药,临床疗效显著。Professor BAN Xiu-wen,a master of traditional Chinese medicine,specializes in the treatment of gynecologic diseases.In his 70 years of clinical work,he found that gynecologic miscellaneous diseases are mainly these eight kinds:infertility,vaginal itching,postoperative syndromes,prurigo,hysteria,sexual intercourse hemorrhage,vaginal blowing,acute mastitis,etc..For the prevention and treatment of gynecologic miscellaneous diseases,BAN Xiu-wen pays special attention to the influence of emotion,environment and diet on diseases.In the treatment of gynecologic miscellaneous diseases,BAN Xiu-wen often treats the disease dialectically according to the particularity of the disease,aiming at the condition of the disease,and integrates the differentiation of six meridians of ZHANG Zhong-jing into the treatment,resulting in curing persistent ailments.BAN Xiu-wen also drew on the strengths of ancient and modern prescriptions and secret recipes to create clinically effective prescriptions such as Rougan Zhiyang Decoction and Jiedu Zhiyang Decoction.
