浅谈肾气丸的异病同治

摘　　要：肾气丸出自《金匮要略方论》,可以治疗脚气上入、少腹不仁,虚劳腰痛,短气微饮,消渴,妇人转胞等肾阳虚弱、气化失常之证。文章从肾精、肾气,肾阴、肾阳以及肾主气化水液的角度,论述了肾精化肾气、肾气分阴阳、肾阴和肾阳是以肾精肾气为基础。肾精又有先天之精和后天之精之分,肾的生理功能正常就可以促进人体的正常发育,“天癸”物质产生,男精女血充盈,而具备生育能力。肾脏主水受五脏六腑之精而藏之,以助膀胱气化,通调水道,下输膀胱,水精四布,五经并行。肾之阴阳亏虚,功能失调,就会产生诸多病证。文章同时对当前有关肾气丸的药物组成、功能阐释、方义分析的不统一性,从《金匮要略方论》原文出发,提出了自己的不同见解。Shenqi Pills,originated from Jingui Yaolue Fanglun,is mainly indicated for diseases caused by deficiency of kidney-yang complicated with disorder of transformation of qi syndrome such as beriberi,distension of lower abdomen,lumbar pain due to deficiency syndrome,shortness of breath due to fluid retention,xiaoke disease,impeded urination during late pregnancy and etc.Based on the concept of kidney essence,kidney qi,kidney yin and kidney yang,as well as the role of kidneys in governing fluids via transformation of qi,this article mainly focuses on aspects such as transformations of kidney qi from kidney essence,classification of kidney qi into yin and yang,as well as kidney essence and kidney qi are both the fundamentals for kidney yin and kidney yang.Kidney essence can be further divided into innate essence and acquired essence.The theory of Chinese medicine states that normal functions of kidney will ensure growth and development of human body,as well as generation of Tian Kui,and with abundance of essence in the case of men,and abundance of blood in the case of women,both men and women will be equipped with the ability to reproduce.Kidneys govern fluids and store essence from five zang and six fu,by dredging and regulating fluids passage,kidneys also played a crucial role in distributing fluids across the body.In other words,deficiency of kidney yin and kidney yang may lead to dysfunction of such roles which may result in the onset of several diseases.Meanwhile,based on the original article of Jingui Yaolue Fanglun,the author expresses her perspectives on the composition of Shenqi Pills,as well as the functions and analysis of this prescription in this article.
