摘　　要：间质性肺疾病是多种结缔组织病常见且严重的并发症,目前尚无特效治疗药物,西医治疗主要以糖皮质激素及免疫抑制剂为主,但其不良反应较大。中药雷公藤具有免疫抑制及抑制炎性因子的作用,可针对结缔组织相关间质性肺疾病痰瘀毒内蕴的基本病机辨病治疗,以控制原发病,减少激素用量,减缓病程进展。Interstitial lung disease is a common and serious complication of various connective tissue diseases.Currently,there is no specific therapeutic drug.Western medicine mainly treats with glucocorticoids and immunosuppressants,but its adverse reactions are relatively large.The traditional Chinese medicine Tripterygium wilfordii Hook.f.has the functions of immunosuppression and inhibition of inflammatory factors,and can differentiate and treat diseases according to the basic pathogenesis of phlegm and blood stasis toxin accumulation of connective tissue-related interstitial lung diseases,so as to control primary diseases,reduce hormone dosage and slow down the progress of disease course.
