消瘦儿童104例中医体质及面象特征参数分析

摘　　要：目的:观察消瘦儿童中医体质,并对其面象特征进行分析。方法:采用调查问卷法并结合专家意见判定消瘦儿童中医体质;采用ZBOX-Ⅰ型舌脉象数字化采集分析仪记录104例3~12岁消瘦儿童面象参数,分析消瘦儿童的面色特征。结果:104例消瘦儿童中气血两虚质占48.08%,痰湿质占38.46%,平和质占9.62%,阴虚质占3.85%。消瘦儿童组面色R、B、V值与唇色R、G、B、V值均显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05);消瘦儿童中气血两虚质面色和唇色R、G、B、V值均显著高于痰湿质(P<0.05)。结论:消瘦儿童的中医体质与面象参数存在相关性,面象参数可以为消瘦儿童中医体质的临床诊断提供客观依据。Objective:To observe the TCM constitution of wasting children and analyze their facial features.Methods:Using questionnaires method,and expert opinions to judge the TCM constitution of wasting children;ZBOX-Ⅰtongue pulse digital collection analyzer was used to record and analyze the facial parameters of 104 wasting children aged 3-12 years old,in order to analyze and discuss the facial features of wasting children.Qi-blood deficiency constitution group were 48.08%,phlegmdampness constitution group were 38.46%,peacefulness constitution group were 9.62%and yin deficiency constitution group were 3.85%;The levels of R,B and V of facial chromaticity and the R,G,B and V of lip chromaticity of wasting children group were significantly higher than those in the normal children group(P<0.05).The R,G,B and V of facial chromaticity and lip chromaticity of qi and blood deficiency constitution were significantly higher than those in the phlegm-dampness constitution in wasting children group(P<0.05).Conclusion:There was a correlation between TCM constitution and facial parameters in wasting children.The facial parameters can provide objective evidence for clinical diagnosis of TCM constitution in wasting children.
