摘 要:目的:观察复方青山健心片对阵发性房颤大鼠左心房胆碱能神经(CHAT)密度的干预作用。方法:造模后复方青山健心片组和美托洛尔组分别以复方青山健心片、美托洛尔灌胃,实验结束后取左、右心房,通过HE染色、免疫组化、激光共聚焦显微镜观察不同部位CHAT神经的分布特点。结果:模型组心肌细胞排列紊乱,心肌细胞间隙明显增宽,CHAT分布稀疏,染色不均匀,神经分支明显减少。复方青山健心组和美托洛尔组较模型组明显减轻,但两者间没有明显差异。复方青山健心片组CHAT在左心房的密度显著高于右心房(P<0.05)。结论:阵发性房颤大鼠左右心房CHAT神经密度是减低的,复方青山健心片能有效增加房颤大鼠左右心房神经密度。Objective:To observe the effects of Compound Qingshan Jianxin Tablets on the density of cholinergic nerve(CHAT)in the left atrium of rats with atrial fibrillation(AF).Methods:After the model was made,Compound Qingshan Jianxin Tablets and metoprolol were administered to the stomach.After the experiment,the left atrium and right atrium were taken,and the distribution of CHAT nerve in different parts was observed by HE staining,immunohistochemistry and laser confocal microscopy.Results:In model group,the myocardial cells were disordered,the gap between myocardial cells was significantly widened,the distribution of cholinergic nerves was sparse,the staining was inhomogeneous,and the nerve branches decreased.Compound Qingshan Jianxin Tablet and metoprolol group were significantly lighter than the model group,but there was no significant difference between the two groups.The density of cholinergic nerves in the left atrium of Compound Qingshan Jianxin Tablets group was significantly higher than that of the right atrium(P<0.05).Conclusion:CHAT nerve density in left and right atria of AF rats is decreased.Compound Qingshan Jianxin Tablet can effectively increase CHAT nerve density in left and right atria of AF rats.
