试说五脏相克相爱与“吾爱汤丸”解

摘　　要：文章以中医学典籍为出发点,整理出一条五脏精气生理循行路径,并阐明五脏相爱:脾爱肝、肝爱肺、肺爱心、心爱肾、肾爱脾,再用现代医学理论加以类比说明。笔者从理论角度对自创“吾爱汤丸”药物组成加以说明。五脏相爱顺序与五行相侮相同,但五行相侮多反映的是病理过程,而五脏相克相爱则隶属生理功能,象征着五谷精气入人体后,化生血液,吸纳呼吸清气,循行五脏,蒸腾气化尿液,阳气煦养归脾的生理过程,周而复始,不使五脏精气逆行相克,方乃和平。Based on the ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine,this paper sorts out a physiological path of five zang-organs’essence and qi,and expounds that the five zang-organs love each other:the spleen loves the liver,the liver loves the lung,the lung loves the heart,the heart loves the kidney,the kidney loves the spleen,and then uses the modern medical theory to explain by analogy.From the theoretical point of view,the author explains the drug composition of‘My-love Decoction-pill’.The order of love among the five zang-organs is the same as that of aggression among the five elements,but aggression among the five elements mostly reflects the pathological process,while love among the five elements belongs to the physiological function.It symbolizes the physiological process that the essence of five grains enters the human body,generates blood,absorbs breath and clear air,circulates the five zang-organs,evaporates urine,and nourishes the spleen with yang qi.It’s healthy if you don’t reverse the five zang-organs’essence and qi.
