耳穴压豆联合推拿辨证治疗视频终端综合征的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察耳穴压豆联合推拿辨证治疗视频终端(VDT)综合征的临床疗效。方法:选取2017年8月至2018年5月在北京中医药大学东直门医院眼科就诊的VDT综合征患者62例(124眼),随机分为试验组和对照组,各31例(62眼)。对照组给予人工泪液点眼,试验组在对照组基础上进行耳穴压豆及推拿治疗,治疗期间对两组患者均进行健康宣教。两组患者均以治疗2周为1个疗程。所有患者分别于治疗前和治疗后2周行症状评分及久视疲劳时间、日视疲劳次数、屈光状态检查,比较治疗前后各参数变化并评价治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组患者症状评分较治疗前显著降低(P<0.01),且试验组显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。试验组患者久视疲劳时间、日视疲劳次数也较治疗前显著改善(P<0.01),且较对照组同期显著改善(P<0.01)。试验组总有效率为90.32%(28/31),显著优于对照组总有效率38.71%(12/31,P<0.01)。结论:耳穴压豆联合推拿辨证治疗能更有效地缓解VDT综合征患者的症状。Objective:To observe the clinical effects of visual display terminal(VDT)syndrome with syndrome differentiated treatment of auricular point pressing vaccaria combined with massage.Methods:A total of 62 cases(124 eyes)with VDT syndrome were randomly divided into a trial group and a control group,31 cases(62 eyes)in each group.In the control group,artificial tears as eye drops were given.In addition to the above basis treatment,the trial group was also treated with auricular point pressing vaccaria combined with massage.A health education was carried out in both of the two groups.The course of the treatment of the two groups was 2 weeks.The symptomatic scores,asthenopic time,daily asthenopic frequenc,and refractive status examination of all the patients were detected before and after the treatment.The parameters gained before and after the treatment were compared.Results:After treatment,the symptomatic scores of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.01).Asthenopic time and daily asthenopic frequency in the trial group were significantly improved after treatment(P<0.01),which was superior to those in the control group(P<0.01).The total effective rate of the trial group was 90.32%(28/31),and the control group was 38.71%(12/31),which had significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion:Syndrome differentiated treatment of auricular point pressing vaccaria combined with massage can effectively relieve patients with VDT symptoms.
