痹祺胶囊治疗中轻度膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:通过临床试验评估痹祺胶囊对膝骨性关节炎(KOA)的治疗效果。方法:选取中轻度KOA患者90例,随机分为观察组(46例)和对照组(44例),对照组患者单用洛芬待因缓释片,观察组患者洛芬待因缓释片与痹祺胶囊合用,记录治疗前、疗程结束时和疗程结束后4周的WOMAC膝关节炎指数并进行比较。结果:两组患者疗程结束时及疗程结束后4周WOMAC指数组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01),治疗后观察组有效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:痹祺胶囊对KOA具有良好的治疗效果。Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Biqi Capsule on knee osteoarthritis(KOA)through clinical trials.Methods:A total of 90 patients of mild-to-moderate KOA were selected and randomly divided into observation group(46 cases)and control group(44 cases).Patients in control group were treated with Compound Codeine phosphate and Ibuprofen sustanined release tablets.Patients in observation group were treated with Compound Codeine phosphate and Ibuprofen sustanined release tablets and Biqi Capsule.Data were recorded before treatment,at the end of treatment and four weeks after treatment by using the Western Ontario and McMaster Universities(WOMAC)osteoarthritis index and compared.Results:The WOMAC index between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05,P<0.01),and curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group after the treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Biqi Capsule has a good therapeutic effect on KOA.
