益气养阴消癥通络中药对Ⅲ期和Ⅳ期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察益气养阴消癥通络中药对于Ⅲ期和Ⅳ期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法:将300例糖尿病肾病患者按随机数字表法随机分为中药组和对照组,均采用常规糖尿病基础治疗,中药组给予益气养阴消癥通络中药口服,对照组给予厄贝沙坦口服,分别于治疗前、治疗24个月后,观察24h尿蛋白定量、血肌酐、胆固醇、血浆白蛋白的变化和两组终点事件发生率。结果:中药组治疗后24h尿蛋白定量、血肌酐、胆固醇显著低于治疗前(P<0.01),且显著低于对照组同期(P<0.05,P<0.01);中药组治疗后血浆白蛋白显著高于治疗前(P<0.01),中药组12例进入终点事件,终点事件发生率8.5%,对照组10例进入终点事件,终点事件发生率8.8%,差异无统计学意义。结论:益气养阴消癥通络中药治疗糖尿病肾病有较好的临床效果,可以有效的减少尿蛋白、调节脂代谢,保护肾功能。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Yangyin Xiaozheng Tongluo Formula on diabetic phaseⅢandⅣnephropathy.Methods:A total of 300 patients with diabetic nephropathy were selected and randomly divided into two groups,Chinese medicine group and control group,both groups were treated with routine diabetes foundation treatment.Chinese medicine group were given Yiqi Yangyin Xiaozheng Tongluo Formula and control group were given irbesartan.Outcome event and experimental indexes such as 24h urinary protein,serum creatinine,cholesterol and albumin were observed before and 24 months after treatment respectively.Results:Serum creatinine,24h urinary protein and cholesterol were lower than that before treatment in Chinese medicine group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),and lower than that in the control group with statistical significance(P<0.05,P<0.01).Albumin were higher than that before treatment in Chinese medicine group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Twelve cases in the Chinese medicine group had come to the outcome event,the occurrence rate was 8.5%,while 10 cases in the control group had come to the outcome event,the occurrence rate was 8.8%,there was no statistical difference between these two groups.Conclusion:Yiqi Yangyin Xiaozheng Tongluo Formula for diabetic nephropathy has good clinical effect,which can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms,reduce urinary protein,regulate lipid metabolism and protect renal function..
