中医药多途径介入治疗对再次体外受精-胚胎移植肾虚肝郁血瘀证患者卵子及胚胎质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:初步评价中医药在改善再次体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)肾虚肝郁血瘀证患者的卵子及胚胎质量方面的疗效与优势,为中医药介入再次IVF-ET患者降调日至胚胎移植日的临床治疗提供数据支撑。方法:选取成都中医药大学第二附属医院、四川大学华西第二医院、四川省人民医院、成都西囡妇科医院IVF-ET长方案失败后拟再次行IVF-ET长方案助孕的肾虚肝郁血瘀型患者,按纳入、排除、剔除标准确定纳入对象123例,分为用药组62例和对照组61例。用药组予中药口服、中药导法、耳穴贴压等治疗。观察两组获成熟卵子数、获成熟卵子率、两原核率及优质胚胎率等指标。结果:用药组治疗后获成熟卵子数、获成熟卵子率、两原核率、优质胚胎率较治疗前显著升高(P<0.05,P<0.01),且显著高于同期对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:中医药多途径疗法可提高再次行IVF患者获成熟卵子数、获成熟卵子率、两原核率及优质胚胎率。Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in ova and embryo quality of patients with kidney deficiency liver stagnation and blood stasis syndrome underwent in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer(IVF-ET)again,then to provide data support for clinic therapy of traditional Chinese medicine intervention of patient underwent IVF-ET again during falling needle to embryo transplantation.Methods:Patients with kidney deficiency liver stagnation and blood stasis syndrome who had failed IVF-ET once and wanted to get pregnant by IVE-ET again from The Second Hospital of Chengdu University of TCM,West China Second University Hospital,Sichuan Provincial People’s Hospital and Chengdu XINAN Gynecology Hospital were selected according to the inclusion and exclusion standard.In total 123 patients were recruited with 62 cases as the medication group and 62 cases as the control group.After oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine,traditional Chinese medicine guidance and auricular pressing,the number of mature ova,mature ova rate,two prokaryotic rates,high-quality embryos rate were observed.Results:The number of mature ova,the rate of mature ova,the rate of two prokaryotes and the rate of high-quality embryos in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01),and they were significantly higher than those in the control group in corresponding period(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:Multi-channel of traditional Chinese medicine therapy can improve the number of mature ova,mature ova rate,two prokaryotic rates and high quality embryo rate of IVF patients.
