摘　　要：在日常的润滑油市场技术服务工作中,经常会遇到用户反映汽轮机油油品中有出现油泥的现象,用户会对油品质量产生疑问。文章通过对一例KTA32汽轮机油使用中油泥生成的原因进行具体事例分析,对出现油泥的油品进行多种指标检测,总结出油泥产生的主要原因。为广大用户在日常的润滑油使用中,对出现的这一情况进行正确分析,并进行正确的预防处理及解决提供经验。In the daily technical service work of lubricating oil market,users often encounter the phenomenon that there is sludge in turbine oil,and users will have questions about the quality of the oil. In this paper,the main causes of sludge formation are summarized based on the analysis of the causes of sludge formation in the use of KTA32 turbine oil and the test of various indexes of the oil products with sludge. It provides experiences for correct preventive treatment and solution for the users in the daily use of lubricating oil.
