摘　　要：采用加氢矿物基础油和聚醚油做基础油,精心筛选合适的复合添加剂,并补加适量的抗氧剂、抗磨剂研制而成L-DAH46螺杆式空压机油。经实验室各项理化性能评定,油品具有较低的倾点,较高的黏度指数,高的闪点,良好的抗泡性和抗乳化性等。相比传统的矿物基空压机油,具有优异的抗氧化性和抗磨性,高温长时间使用油品不变黑,氧化后酸值变化小,无积炭等优点,可大大延长油品的使用寿命。通过6000 h的使用试验表明,油品各性能指标保持良好,未达到换油指标要求,对压缩机的摩擦部件保护良好。In this paper,L-DAH46 screw air compressor oil was developed by using hydrogenated mineral base oil and polyether oil as base oil,carefully screening suitable compound additives and adding appropriate amount of antioxidants and anti-wear agents. Evaluation results of physical and chemical properties in laboratory showed that the oil has lower pour point,higher viscosity index,high flash point,good antifoaming property and demulsibility. Compared to the traditional mineral based air compressor oil,the oil has excellent oxidation resistance and abrasion resistance. Especially,the oil will not change to black after long time use at high temperature,with no carbon deposition and little change of acid value after oxidation,which can greatly prolong the use life of the oil. Result of service test for 6000h showed that performance indexes of the oil remain good,and the friction parts of the compressor are well protected.
