摘 要:通过铸铁屑防锈试验和稳定性试验,研究了水溶液中常见的阴离子Cl-和SO42-对水基切削液防锈性和稳定性的影响。结果表明:随着水中Cl-和SO42-含量的增加,稀释液的防锈性显著变差,且同等摩尔量的SO42-对锈蚀产生的影响比Cl-更大,对此现象进行了原理探讨。此外,Cl-和SO42-对水基切削液的稳定性也有很大的影响,在硬度相同的情况下,水溶液中Cl-和SO42-含量越高,电导率越大,稀释液的稳定性越差。The effect of common anions such as Cl-and SO42- on the rust resistance and stability of water-based cutting fluid was researched by the anti-rust test of cast iron chips and the stability test. The results show that,with the increase of Cl-and SO42- content,the rust resistance of the dilution becomes worse,and the effect of SO42- with the same molar content on the corrosion is greater than that of Cl-,and the principle of this phenomenon is discussed. In addition,Cl-and SO42- also have a great influence on the stability of water-based cutting fluid. Under the same hardness,the higher the content of Cl-and SO42- in the aqueous solution,the higher the conductivity and the worse the stability of the dilution.
