摘　　要：阐述了橡胶防护蜡从原料选择、蒸馏切割、溶剂精制、加氢改质和脱蜡脱油的生产优化过程和产品质量控制效果,对产品在橡胶中的防护性能进行了实验室和工业评价,其大气暴晒老化和抗臭氧性能优于部分进口产品。The production optimization process and product quality control effect of rubber protective wax from raw material selection,distillation cutting,solvent refining,hydro-upgrading,dewaxing and deoiling are described in this paper. And laboratory evaluation and industrial evaluation were carried out to test the protective performance of rubber protective wax in rubber. The result showed that the atmospheric aging and ozone resistance of rubber protective wax are better than those of some imported products.
