摘　　要：目的全国新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)防控依然严峻,医院感染事件时有发生。如何及时解决医院感染防控中遇到的难点,并提出对策,是防止COVID-19疫情在医院蔓延的重要举措。方法针对COVID-19感染防控的难点,结合国家相关规范和医院防控实践,提出解决对策。结果本文从医院应急防控组织体系的建立、筛查流程的制定、医护防护用品分配、发热患者的处置、应急处置流程的制定、保障一线医务人员六个方面遇到的防控难点与解决对策进行解析。结论面对COVID-19疫情感染防控,各医院应尽早建立联防联控机制,优化原有的感控工作,并及时解决防控工作中的难点,集中资源开展科学、规范、有序的防控工作。OBJECTIVE The prevention and control of COVID-19 remains in a severe situation, the nosocomial infection incidents happen occasionally, and it is an important measure to solve the difficulties encountered in prevention and control of the nosocomial infection and raise countermeasures so as to prevent the spread of COVID-19 epidemic in hospital. METHODS The countermeasures were proposed based on the difficulties in prevention and control of COVID-19 and related national rules as well as the practice in prevention and control. RESULTS The six difficulties encountered during the prevention and control, including the establishment of hospital emergency prevention and control organization system, the formulation of screening procedures, the allocation of medical supplies, treatment of fever patients, formulation of emergency treatment procedures and protection of frontline medical staff, were interpreted in the article, and the countermeasures were introduced. CONCLUSION In response to the prevention and control of the COVID-19, it is necessary for hospitals to establish the joint prevention and control mechanism as early as possible, optimize the original workflows for control of infection, solve the difficulties in the prevention and control and centralize the resources to conduct scientific, standardized and orderly prevention and control.
