摘　　要：目的对上海市30所三级医疗机构软式内镜终末漂洗水进行微生物监测,并调查了解相关水管路消毒现状。方法对所调查医院软式内镜的终末漂洗水进行现场采样,使用膜滤过法进行培养和鉴定,同时对相关水管路消毒情况进行问卷调查。结果共采集84份终末漂洗水样,整体合格率为63.09%;不合格的水样细菌菌落中位数为72(35~236)。水管路使用<1年的终末漂洗水样合格率最高,>5年的合格率最低。结论上海市三级医疗机构软式内镜终末漂洗水合格率较高,水管路使用年限是重要影响因素。今后需严格遵守规范,加强终末漂洗水使用要求和监测。OBJECTIVE To conduct the microbiological monitoring of final rinse water for flexible endoscopes in 30 tertiary medical institutions in Shanghai and investigate the current situation of disinfection of water pipes. METHODS In situ sampling of the final rinse water for the flexible endoscopes was carried out in the hospitals, the membrane filtration method was applied for culture and identification, meanwhile, the questionnaire survey on disinfection of water pipelines was also conducted. RESULTS A total of 84 final rinse water samples were collected, and the overall qualified rate was 63.09%. The median bacterial colony counts of the unqualified water samples was 72(35-236). The qualified rate of the final rinse water samples that were taken from the water pipelines used for less than 1 year was the highest, and the qualified rate of the final rinse water samples that were taken from the water pipelines used for more than 5 years was the lowest. CONCLUSION The qualified rate of the final rinse water for flexible endoscopes is high in the tertiary medical institutions in Shanghai, the service life of the water pipe is a major influencing factor. It is necessary for the medical institutions to rigidly follow the rules and strengthen the monitoring of the final rinse water.
