摘 要:目的从使用消耗量的角度探讨重症监护病房(ICU)不同放置位点速干手消毒剂的取用便捷性和医务人员取用的倾向性,以期为ICU手消毒剂最佳放置位点的筛选提供理论依据。方法测量2018年3月-2018年5月武汉大学人民医院ICU内所有病床旁、治疗车以及隔离病室门口放置的速干手消毒剂每个月的使用消耗量,比较分析各个放置位点消耗量的差异。结果放置在治疗车上的速干手消毒剂每月平均使用消耗量最多,为(285.64±83.73) ml/车,放置在床尾的速干手消毒剂消耗量大于在床头手消毒剂的消耗量,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。在隔离病室区域,放置在床头的手消毒剂消耗量最少(P<0.05),而放置在床尾、门内和门外的手消毒剂消耗量差异无统计学意义,非隔离病室与隔离病室床尾放置的速干手消毒剂消耗量差异无统计学意义。结论本文从消耗使用量的角度来评价手消毒剂在ICU的最佳放置位点:在ICU,治疗车、病床旁和隔离室门口放置的速干手消毒剂均便于医务人员取用;与放置在床头相比,医务人员更倾向于取用放置在床尾的手消毒剂。OBJECTIVE To explore the convenience of accesses to alcohol-based hand rub(ABHR) located at different sites in intensive care unit(ICU) and the tendency of medical staff to take those ABHR based on the consumption of the ABHR so as to provide theoretical basis for screening of the optimal location for placement of hand disinfectants ICU. METHODS The volumes of consumption of ABHR that were placed next to the ward beds, on treatment vehicles and at the doors of the isolation wards in ICU were measured monthly from Mar 2018 to May 2018. The consumptions were compared among the placement sites. RESULTS The monthly average consumption of ABHR located on the treatment vehicle was(285.64±83.73) ml per vehicle, the consumption of ABHR located at the end of the bed was more than that of ABHR hang at the front of the bed, and there was significant difference(P<0.001). As for the sites in the isolation wards, the consumption of ABHR hang at front of the bed was the least(P<0.05), while there was no significant difference in the consumption of ABHR at the end of the bed, inside the door and outside the door, and there was no significant difference in the consumption of ABHR placed at the end of the bed between the isolation wards and the non-isolation wards. CONCLUSION The optimal sites for location of ABHR are evaluated in this article from the perspective of the consumption, it is convenient for the health care workers to access when the ABHR is placed on the treatment vehicle, bedsides and doors of isolation wards in ICU. As compared with the ABHR hang at the front of the bed, the healthcare workers are inclined to use those that are placed at the end of the bed.
