摘  要:目的研究医院体外超声探头、阴道超声探头微生物污染状况.方法对北京市5家医院超声科已清洁、消毒体外超声探头和阴道超声探头进行采样.样品4h内送实验室进行活菌计数和微生物种类鉴定,同时以金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌及白假丝酵母为目标菌,测其检出率.结果北京市5家三级甲等综合医院采集体外超声探头173份,菌落总数超标率90.17%,8份体外超声探头上检出金黄色葡萄球菌,1份探头上检出铜绿假单胞菌,未检出白假丝酵母;采集阴道超声样品63份,菌落总数超标率98.41%,金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌及白假丝酵母均未检出.结论医院超声检查使用的体外超声探头及阴道超声探头细菌污染严重,卫生状况堪忧,存在医院感染风险,亟待寻求合适的消毒方式.OBJECTIVE To investigate the current status of microbial contamination of ultrasound probe and transvaginal ultrasound probe.METHODS The samples were taken from the ultrasound probes and transvaginal probes that were cleaned and disinfected in ultrasound department of 5hospitals in Beijing,the samples were submitted to the clinical laboratory within 4hours for viable counting and identification of microbial species,meanwhile,Staphylococcus aureus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Candida albicans were set as the target bacteria to calculate isolation rate.RESULTS Totally 173samples were collected from the ultrasound probes in the 5three-A hospitals in Beijing,90.17%of ultrasound probes exceeded the total bacterial count standard.S.aureus was detected out in 8samples,P.aeruginosa was detected out in 1sample,and C.albicans was not detected.98.41%of transvaginal ultrasound probes exceeded the total bacterial count standard,however,S.aureus,P.aeruginosa and C.albicans were not detected.CONCLUSIONThe condition of microbial contamination of the ultrasound probes and transvaginal probes is severe,the poor health condition may lead to the risk of nosocomial infection,and it is urgent to seek for appropriate disinfection method.
