摘  要:研究了印制电路板防护涂层在热带岛礁环境条件下的防护性能和环境损伤效应。制定了印制电路板防护涂层的热带岛礁环境适应性试验方案,针对典型的印制电路板防护工艺涂层7182丙烯酸聚氨酯清漆,开展了实验室环境试验和自然大气暴露试验。试验结果表明:在试验一定时间后防护涂层的电气性能指标发生了较大的变化,印制电路微观腐蚀现象非常明显;盐雾腐蚀是造成印制电路板性能变化的主要因素,自然环境条件下含盐空气与多种环境因素的综合作用会使印制电路板的性能劣化更为显著;丙烯酸防护漆虽然在常规内陆或沿海环境应用时具有较好的防护性能,但应用于海洋环境条件下,仍然需要进一步地优化工艺措施。The protective properties and environmental damage effects of the protective coatings of printed circuit board under tropical island reef conditions are studied.The tropical island reef environmental adaptability test plan for protective coating of printed circuit board is developed.And the laboratory environmental test and natural atmospheric exposure test are carried out for a typical printed circuit board protective process coating 7182 acrylic urethane varnish.The test results show that the electrical performance index of the protective coating has changed greatly after the test for a certain time,and the micro corrosion of the printed circuit is very obvious,and salt spray corrosion is the main factor causing the change of the performance of printed circuit board.The combined effect of salt-containing air and various environmental factors in natural environment makes the performance deterioration of printed circuit board more significant.Although acrylic protective paint has better protective performance when applied in conventional island or coastal environment,it still needs to further optimize the process measures when applied in marine environment conditions.
