摘 要:为了应对软件密集型设备可靠性鉴定试验面临的问题,对其进行准确的试验评价,通过分析比较现行的可靠性鉴定试验和软件测试的特点和不足,研究提出了软硬件一体化可靠性鉴定试验技术。通过基于可靠性综合试验的软件剖面设计和基于任务剖面的软硬件剖面匹配,形成了软硬件一体化可靠性试验剖面,使用数据自动加载实施试验,使用模糊软、硬件故障分类的试验评估技术进行试验评估。并通过机载设备进行了应用试验验证,结果表明软硬件一体化可靠性鉴定试验技术可有效地暴露软件密集型设备的故障,符合目前设备发展的需求,具有良好的应用前景。In order to deal with the problems faced by the reliability qualification test of software-intensive equipment and carry on the accurate test evaluation to it,by analyzing and comparing the characteristics and shortcomings of the current reliability qualification test and the software test,the software and hardware integrated reliability qualification test technology is put forward.Through the software profile design based on reliability comprehensive test and the software and hardware profile matching based on task profile,the software and hardware integrated reliability test profile is formed.The test is carried out by automatic loading of data,and the test evaluation is conducted by using the test evaluation technology of fuzzy software and hardware fault classification.The application test verification is carried out through an airborne equipment,and the test results show that the software and hardware integrated reliability qualification test technology can effectively expose the faults of software-intensive equipment,and it meets the requirements of the current equipment development and has good application prospect.
