安徽地区献血人群HTLV感染调查

摘　　要：目的了解安徽地区无偿献血人群人类T淋巴细胞病毒感染状况,为本地区临床用血提供合适的安全筛查策略。方法对安徽省合肥、蚌埠、芜湖、安庆、马鞍山5地区部分献血人群采用ELISA试剂筛查HTLV-Ⅰ/Ⅱ抗体,筛查阳性标本采用蛋白印迹法(Westem blot,WB)确证和核酸检测,同时对献血者进行追踪、检测。结果 5地区共抽检献血者标本100 840份,ELISA法筛查出阳性标本57份,确证结果"不确定"2份,其余全部为阴性;确证阳性率为0%;追踪到献血者8人,结果7人仍为原ELISA试剂筛查阳性,确证结果均无阳性。结论安徽地区为HTLV低流行地区,可以暂不开展献血者HTLV全面筛查。Objective To learn about the status of human T lymphocyte leukemia virus(HTLV)infection in voluntary blood donors in Anhui province, and provide appropriate blood screening strategies for clinical usage.Methods Blood donors were screened with antibodies to HTLV-Ⅰ/Ⅱ by using dual ELISA kits in 5 cities consisting of Hefei, Bengbu, Wuhu, Anqing and Ma′anshan in Anhui province. Samples initial reactive to each ELISA kit should be retested by another kit. All initial reactive sample were sent to do confirmation test by using Western blot(WB) and detect virus nucleic acid by PCR. All these blood donors should be followed up.Results A total of 100 840 voluntary blood donors were screened in 5 area,57 samples were initial reactive to ELISA. Among them, 2 were indeterminate, and the rest were negative, with the positive rate of 0%;7 of 8 donors followed up were still reactive to the original ELISA kit, and results of confirmation were all negative.Conclusion The prevalence rate of HTLV among blood donors in Anhui is very low. Some issues such as cost, social and economic benefits should be considered when carrying out HTLV antibody screening.
