摘 要:为满足船舶设计中船模试验的需要,设计了一种拖曳水池拖车,针对试验需求设计了拖车系统的方案。拖车的机械结构是船模和其他试验设备的载体,在满足一定的强度时需要尽可能地降低自重。使用ANSYS有限元分析软件对拖车底盘关键部位进行了静刚度、强度和模态仿真,根据仿真结果对底盘结构进行优化设计。仿真结果表明,该设计符合设计要求,为拖车底盘的实际生产提供了理论依据。In order to meet the needs of ship model test in ship design,a towing tank trailer is designed,and a scheme of trailer system is designed for test needs.The mechanical structure of the trailer is the carrier of ship models and other test equipment.It needs to reduce its weight as much as possible when it meets a certain strength.ANSYS finite element analysis software is used to simulate the static stiffness,strength and modal of key parts of the trailer chassis,and the chassis structure is optimized based on the simulated structure.The simulation results show that the design meets the design requirements and provides a theoretical basis for the actual production of the trailer chassis.
