摘 要:为探究硅油离合器迷宫槽传递转矩的数值模拟方法,根据某型号离合器内部结构尺寸,建立了迷宫槽摩擦副的有限元周期模型,进行了相关仿真计算,并将仿真结果与理论、试验结果进行了对比。结果表明:仿真计算传递的转矩与理论值接近,仿真计算的输入转矩与试验结果的输入转矩基本一致,验证了模型的正确性。此数值仿真模型对于硅油风扇离合器转矩计算具有一定的参考价值,可以为硅油离合器结构设计提供一定指导。In order to explore the numerical simulation method of the labyrinth groove transmission torque of the silicone oil clutch,a finite element periodic model of the labyrinth groove friction pair was established according to the internal structure size of a certain type of clutch,and the relevant simulation calculation was performed.The simulation results are compared with the theoretical and experimental results.The results show that the torque transmitted by the simulation calculation is close to the theoretical value,and the input torque calculated by the simulation is basically consistent with the input torque of the test result,which verifies the correctness of the model.This numerical simulation model has certain reference value for the calculation of the clutch torque of the silicone oil fan,and can provide certain guidance for the structural design of the silicone oil clutch.
